Hola amigos! Hope you are having a nice, fruitful day!
I was just thinking and admiring the fact of how much variety of fruits there are!
Costa Rica is the best place to get a variety of fruits! They have so many wonderful tropical fruits like papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, mamunchino (how ever you spell it), mangosteen, etc! I love being able to enjoy all these fruits in such a wonderful country, without having all the pesticides and other stuff sprayed all over them!
I am one of Jehovah's witnesses, and I believe that fruit is a true gift from god! And pretty soon in a paradise earth being able to enjoy as much fruit as possible for free! No pesticides, no chem trails, no crime, no sickness! Just happiness, and thankfulness. Its so encouraging, and wonderful to think about.
Wherever you live whether in a cool climate, or tropical paradise we can still have lots of fruit available to us, its awesome! Like in Canada, being able to pick up a pineapple, mangos, and other tropical fruits in dead winter. Amazing!
No matter where you live, being 811 is always possible!
Enjoy your day, and go fruit yourself!

Exercise!
Hola!
Lately its been harder for me to exercise. Maybe I'm just being lazy, or its because of the heat, OR its because I'm basically not allowed! But even then, I still should be exercising.
All I have been doing is walking, and some strength training in the house running up and down stairs, push ups, sit ups, burpies, and stuff like that. But I need to get out and jog, or something that will make me sweat!
I'm really close to the beach, but my parents don't want me to go out alone because there are too many thieves, pirates, and such where we are staying. And no body wants to go jogging with me, so all I can do is go swimming (when someone is with me), little jogs on the beach (when my family is willing to), and walk (WHEN SOMEONE IS THERE). That is not enough!!!
I'm going to try to get out and jog more, or something.
And even more strength training, for about 15 mins and build up my time gradually.
Before I came to Costa Rica I thought I would be jogging on the beach every morning, and eating LOADS of fruit, and just getting everything I need to live a healthy LFRV diet here. But my dad is getting frustrated with buying so much fruit, and he is getting less and less every time we go for groceries, I am struggling to get enough fruit through the day. And I can't even go exercise without someone right there with me...
I guess things are easier said than done...

Introduction!
Hey everyone!
Welcome to my blog, fruit4life.
My name is Peach (anonymous), and I am a teenage low fat raw vegan, meaning that I follow the "80/10/10 diet" from Doug Graham.
I came across Freelee's videos on youtube, and became very inspired by her, and everything I was hearing. So I went to 30bananasaday.com and found lots of answers to my questions! I immediately fell in love with this diet.
I have a past of SAD , ED's, and being a high fat raw gourmet, and I just didn't like how I looked, and became paranoid about getting fat. I wanted to be skinny, and look fit, but I thought that meant I had to starve, and exercise A LOT! So when I discovered low fat raw vegan, I thought it was too good to be true.
Now I have been 90/5/5 for about 6 months, and I feel and look a lot better.
So please don't be shy to comment and follow me, I will post as regular as possible. Right now I am in Costa Rica, so I will have a lot to share about how my journey is down here.
Thanks for reading!
